We have a program that is called the Homes for Heros.  If you are employed or in a profession that is Military (active or verteran), Police, Fire, Educatior (teacher, admin, principal) and Medical (RN, EMS, Doctor, etc). then you can participate in this program.  You can use the benefits of this program on a VA, FHA, Conventional and piggy back it with a 2-1 or 1-0 rate buydown.  Plus it is not linked to any specific interest rate.

No Underwriting Fee- Waived ($1195)

No Processing Fee- Waived ($895)

Loan Group pays for your Appraisal ($800)

 

This is an estimated savings in closing for $5000-$8000 for the buyer.
