Foundation Repairs and Plumbing Issues

Here in Texas we have expansive soils and lots of moving and shifting of our ground. When this happens we start to see settling in our homes, which is normal to an extent. When we start to see large cracks in the walls and exterior of the home, or the expansion joints starting to spread, it is a reason to be alarmed.

First step to discovery is getting hydrostatic testing done on the home to see if you have any plumbing leaks in the foundation. If you do, then this is likely one of the causes of the foundation starting to deviate.
